Set it up once. Never forward a booking again.
Add a single Gmail rule and every hotel confirmation you receive is forwarded to us automatically — so we can start watching the price the moment you book.
Add our address to Gmail
Open Gmail's forwarding settings and add this address under Add a forwarding address:
Open Gmail forwarding settingsGmail sends a one-time confirmation request to that inbox. We approve it automatically — wait about a minute, then refresh the settings page and you'll see it's verified.
Turn on the auto-forward rule
This opens Gmail with a filter already filled in for the major hotel and booking sites:
Create the auto-forward filterIn the panel that opens:
- Click Create filter.
- Tick Forward it to and choose [email protected].
- Click Create filter once more to save it.
That's it — you're hands-off now
From now on, the moment a hotel emails you a confirmation, we get a copy and start tracking the price during your free-cancellation window. No more forwarding anything by hand.
Not on Gmail? Outlook, Apple Mail and most providers support forwarding rules too — just point new travel confirmations at [email protected].
