Add Day2DayTrips as a forwarding address

In Gmail, go to Settings -> Forwarding and POP/IMAP, then choose Add a forwarding address.

Refresh after the confirmation is approved

Gmail sends a one-time confirmation request to [email protected]. We approve it automatically. Wait about a minute, refresh, then you should see the address as verified.

Create the auto-forward filter

Use the pre-filled filter link, then tick Forward it to, choose Day2DayTrips, and create the filter.

New hotel confirmations from these senders are forwarded to Day2DayTrips. Your old inbox stays where it is; we only need the booking emails that match the rule.
